What the registration fee covers

The ₹500 registration/processing fee covers profile registration and processing, including job-category, qualification, skill and work-preference information. It does not buy a guaranteed interview, job, salary or placement.

What counts as a confirmed job?

For the refund policy, a qualifying confirmed job means a genuine offer from an identifiable employer with material terms stated and accepted by the candidate.

Refund Policy

1. Registration fee

The candidate registration/processing fee is ₹500, payable through the Secured Razorpay Payment Gateway.

2. Refund eligibility

The fee is refundable if no qualifying job is confirmed within 30 calendar days from successful payment, subject to the terms below.

3. Meaning of “confirmed job”

A qualifying confirmed job means a genuine offer from an identifiable employer with material terms (including role and compensation/work conditions) provided and accepted by the candidate. A job listing, referral, recruiter contact or interview alone is not a confirmed job.

4. How to request a refund

Email refund@smeasy.in with the subject ₹500 Registration Fee Refund. Include the registration contact details, payment reference and request. Do not send card PINs, OTPs or passwords.

5. Acknowledgement and processing

SM Easy aims to acknowledge refund requests within 3 business days. After eligibility verification, the refund will be processed to the original payment method or another lawful method agreed with the candidate. Actual bank/payment-provider credit time may vary.

Information is intended to support registration, profile processing, relevant opportunity communication, customer support, payment/refund administration and fraud prevention.

Sharing and security

Relevant profile information may be shared with identifiable employers for opportunity consideration where appropriate and permitted. Information may also be processed by hosting, form, messaging and payment service providers. Access should be limited and reasonable security safeguards applied.

SM Easy provides candidate registration and profile-processing support to help users explore work-from-home opportunities. It is not an employer unless expressly stated in a specific offer.

2. Candidate responsibilities

Users must provide accurate information, review role details and verify the employer and offer before accepting work. Never share OTPs, passwords or banking PINs with recruiters.

3. Fee and refunds

The ₹500 registration fee and 30-calendar-day refund condition are governed by the Refund Policy, which should be read before payment.
